Customer Care Agent

Type:  Temporary, Part-Time (3-4 month contract)

Location:  Whakatane, BOP

Ideal Start Date:  28th Jan, 2014

This is a customer service (call centre) role within a busy, team-oriented atmosphere.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, being able to stay professional and positive.  Previous call centre experience is not required, but a commitment to providing the highest quality customer care is.

Other requirements:
  • Ability to problem-solve and find win-win solutions
  • Ability to analyse data and situations with a positive, "can do" attitude
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Sharp computer skills are necessary (data entry and WPM typing tests required of all applicants)
