PA / Debtors Administrator

Type:  Permanent, Full-Time (M-F, 7a-4p)

Location:  Whakatane, BOP

Job Involves:
  • PA to Company Director / Management Team
  • Managing the company's debtors function
  • Preparing contract claims for operational staff
  • Contract administration / assist preparation of tenders, contract file preparation, and maintenance of contract files
  • Contract reconciliations as required
Requirements: 
  •  A high standard in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent grammar and an above average typing speed
  • Outstanding communication and clerical skills
  • Must have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all manners
  • This position requires the ability to work under pressure and a high level of discipline in timeliness and confidentiality is needed.
A current Driver's Licence and a neat and tidy standard of dress are also required.
